Standing the test of time
This beautiful park has been a part of Chama, New Mexico since the 1940’s. Through the years, the park has been identified by different names, but in most recent years and moving forward, everyone knows us as Little Creel.
With Rio Chama running along this campground, it is no surprise “creel” i.e. a wicker basket for carrying fish, is the name.
Over the years, guests that enjoy fishing have achieved success catching trout from the river that is easily accessible from any of our 64 RV sites.
