Little Creel RV Park – Guest Policies & Information
Important Notice
Little Creel RV Park is privately owned property and
not open to the general public. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The park and its management are
not responsible for loss, damage, or claims to guest property due to fire, theft, accident, or any other cause.
Rates
Rates are subject to change without notice and are displayed in our reservation system. We accept cash or credit cards (a
3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions). All refunds are at the sole discretion of management.
Reservations
• Reservations are for
2 adults + up to
3 children under 12 + 1 vehicle.
• Additional guests (including children over 12):
$5.00 per person per night.
• Additional children under 12:
$2.50 per night.
• Additional vehicles:
$5.00 per night.
• On busy holiday weekends (Independence Day week and Chama Days), extra overnight vehicles are
$5.00 per night, and day visitors are
$5.00 per day. Management may cancel or change reservations due to unforeseen circumstances or park issues.
No refunds for early departures or late arrivals.
Payment Policy
The full reservation balance will be charged to the card on file
30 days prior to arrival. Please ensure your credit card billing address is entered correctly at checkout.
Cancellation Policy
We require
72 hours' notice for cancellations to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations must be made
by phone only at
855-756-2382 (Option 2). Leave your full name, reservation number, phone number, and arrival date.
• No-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of arrival:
No refund.
Vehicles & Parking
•
All guests (registered campers) and
visitors must check in at the office to obtain a
Parking Permit before entering the park.
• Permits must be clearly visible in the rear view mirror at all times.
• Reservations include
one RV + one additional vehicle (towing or towed).
• Extra vehicles:
$5.00 per night.
• Riding
ATVs, OHVs, motorcycles, etc., is
strictly prohibited inside the park (except to drive directly to/from your site when entering/exiting).
Failure to obtain or display a permit, or any violation of vehicle policies, may result in permit revocation, additional charges to the card on file, loss of park access, and

Electric Vehicle (EV) Policy
A
$25.00 per day fee will be assessed for any EV (including extra vehicles or visitors) parked at your site, due to electrical usage monitoring limitations.
Tent & Shade Policy
• Open shade gazebos are permitted in your RV site yard area.
• Camping
tents are allowed
only in designated tent areas and
not in RV camping sites.
Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in:
2:00 PM or later on arrival day.
• Check-out:
Before 11:00 AM on departure day.
• Arriving after
5:00 PM? Please contact the office in advance.
General Etiquette / Park Respect
Site Access & Respect
• Always
use the designated roadways when moving between sites, to the office, restrooms, river access, or anywhere else in the park.
•
Do not walk, drive, or cut through other guests’ RV sites (occupied or unoccupied) as a shortcut – this includes vehicles, golf carts, bikes, or on foot. Respect each site as private space.
• Violations of this policy may result in warnings, additional fees, or loss of access privileges (No Refund)
Quiet Hours
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM – strictly enforced for the comfort of all guests.
Campfires & Fire Pits
Firewood is available for purchase at the office ($10.00 per bundle, delivered to your site).
• Do
not move fire pits without office permission.
• A
$20.00 cleanup fee will be charged if fire pits contain: trash, cans/bottles, cardboard, glass, rubber gloves, or river rocks (explosion hazard).
Pets
• Pets must be
leashed at all times and
never left unattended.
• Do
not tether pets to trees, fences, picnic tables, or utility fixtures.
• Immediately pick up and properly dispose of pet waste.
• Pets must not disturb other guests. Violations may result in a request to control the pet or leave the park (no refund if asked to leave).
Laundry & Facilities
Laundry room, restrooms, and showers are open
8:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily.
• Do
not hang clothes on lines or trees at sites.
• No animals allowed in restrooms (per health regulations).
Garbage Disposal
Use the provided dumpsters and
lock them after use (due to high bear activity). Dispose of all food products properly to prevent wildlife issues.
Property Maintenance
We mow 2–3 times per week. Maintenance may occur
after 8:00 AM and will end by
7:00 PM.
Trees & Natural Hazards
Healthy trees may drop branches/leaves during wind or weather events. The park assumes
no responsibility for damage or injury from natural hazards. Please choose parking spots accordingly.
Mail & Package Delivery
No USPS delivery/pickup at the park. Use a Chama post office box 781 for mail.
