Little Creel RV Park Policies

Privately owned property not open to the general public

PAYMENT POLICY

  • The first night’s rate will be collected at the time of booking and is a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
  • The remaining balance for your reservation will be charged automatically 14 days before arrival date


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations can only be made by phone at 855-756-2382 Option 2
  • If guest opts-out of Travel Protection and fails to cancel the reservation 14 days before arrival date, for any reason, the cost of the entire reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE
  • If guest opts for Travel Protection, please follow the instructions provided on your confirmation email for receiving your qualified refund


EXTRA VEHICLES AND PARKING

  • ALL GUESTS (registered campers) and VISITORS (non-registered friends/family of campers) are required to check-in at the office before entering the Park to obtain a Parking Permit
  • If a VISITOR OR EXTRA VEHICLE does not stop at the office and enters the Park without a Parking Permit, the GUEST’S credit card on file will be charged
  • Parking Permits must be visible on the review mirror at all times in the Park
  • Reservations are for one RV and one vehicle (towing RV or being towed by RV)
  • Additional vehicles are $10.00 per night
  • Day visitors are $5.00 per day (all visitors must leave the Park before 10:00pm)
  • Only 2 extra vehicles per day, per site are allowed. Extra vehicles include overnight and day visitors
  • On holiday weekends, additional overnight vehicles are $15.00 per night and day visitors are $10.00 per day. Holiday weekends are

o Memorial Day weekend

o Independence Day Week

o Chama Days

o Labor Day weekend

o Columbus Day weekend

  • Riding ATVs, OHVs, motorcycles, etc. is strictly prohibited in the Park. You may drive them from your RV site out of the Park and back to your RV site only
  • Failure to comply with Park Policy will result in the Parking Permit being revoked with no refund and loss of access to the Park


ELECTRIC VEHICLE POLICY

As we cannot Police when vehicles are plugged in, we will assess a $25 fee to each day of your reservation if you have an EV parked at your site. This includes extra vehicles and visitors as described above.


OUTDOOR TENT POLICY

Outdoor gazebos are allowed in your RV site yard area. Additional tents for sleeping may NOT be set up on Little Creel RV Park property.


CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

  • Check-in is between 2:00pm and 5:00pm on the day of arrival
  • Check-out is before 11:00am on day of departure
  • If you will be arriving after 5:00pm, please contact the office


QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am


CAMPFIRES AND FIRE PITS

  • All firewood must be purchased from Little Creel RV Park
  • Firewood is $10.00 per bundle and must be purchased between 9:00am-5:00pm Monday–Saturday
  • Please order your firewood at check-in and it will be delivered to your site
  • Fire pits can NOT be moved
  • Fire pits are for campfires only, please do NOT place any items besides wood in the fire pits including the following:

o Trash of any kind

o Beer cans, soda cans or food cans

o Cardboard and/or boxes

o Glass of any kind

o Rubber gloves

o River rocks (these can explode and are a safety hazard)


PETS

Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended at the campsites. Pets cannot be tethered to utility fixtures, picnic tables, trees or fences. Pet waste must be picked up by the pet owner immediately and disposed of properly. Pets may not interfere with the peace and quiet of other guests. If your pet is disturbing other guests, you will be asked to control your pet or asked to leave the park. There will be no refunds if you are asked to leave the park.


MAIL DELIVERY

All businesses and residents are required to have a post office box for mail delivery in Chama. The US Postal Service does not deliver or pick up mail at our location. If you need a package delivered during your stay, please use UPS or FED EX. The address needs to include the following:

TREES

Healthy and well-maintained trees can pose a natural hazard of falling debris, such as leaves and branches, especially during windy and/or extreme weather conditions. We do not assume responsibility for these natural hazards or for any property damage, injury or other circumstances that may result. Please take this into consideration when parking in the campground.


The Little Creel RV Park and management is not responsible for loss, damages or claims to property of guests due to fire, theft, accident or any other cause. 


We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
